Order Procedure
- Download the Order Form and fill in your order details. (Click HERE to download.)
- Email your order form to us at gotaobaosg@gmail.com.
- We will reply with your First Payment amount and the estimated date of arrival.
- You transfer First Payment to our POSB/UOB/OCBC account.
- We will proceed to buy your order items as soon as we receive your First Payment.
- It takes about 5 - 9 working days for your order to arrive in Singapore upon receiving your First Payment. We will weight your order items when it arrives and calculate the actual international shipping cost as Second Payment.
- Once Second Payment is cleared, we will mail your items as per your requirement. Or we will collect your Second Payment when you come and pick up your items.
Should there be any problem of your purchase, we will help to communicate with seller for solution.
